Prime Location: Steps to Dining, 15 Min to Elvis

The midtown home was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for one or two people. The unit was clean and sufficiently stocked with necessary amenities such as bathroom soap and shampoo as well as kitchen utensils. Bed was comfortable and living room area was comfortable as well. Check in and out extremely easy and communication with management was excellent. They respond quickly to any questions. Air conditioning consisted of a window units in the living room and bedroom. Bedroom unit was a little loud but kept me comfortable. Street parking with plenty of room. Would return.

The place is really clean, 5*. And, you can’t beat the location of this property in terms of taking advantage of the Cooper Young area. You are within walking distance to it all, yet a few streets over so not as noisy. That being said the area has older homes and this is definitely one of them. The floors are uneven, the doors don’t all open/close properly, appearance is a put-off, etc. It’s run down and was not nearly as nice as other properties on Vrbo by this company. My opinion overpriced for what you get.

The Cooper Young bungalow was cute and comfortable, we had everything we needed for our stay. The team was quick to respond to any messages and address any issues. Smoke detector battery was going out and they quickly came to take care of it. Very friendly and professional. Great location, close to all the activities you want to do. Would definitely stay again if needed.

Great quiet and safe neighborhood in a sought after midtown neighborhood. Positive: Outstanding property located in the best neighborhood in midtown! We enjoyed walking distance to famous BBQ and original Nashville hot chicken amongst other great restaurants. The property was spacious and had a full kitchen with a full complement of pots, pans and dishes for four. We stayed for a month and would highly recommend it! Negative: Only street parking, but it wasn’t hard to find.
