J1 · Gated Midtown Retreat near Overton Square!

I found this property to be perfect for my needs while visiting Memphis. Quiet, safe, clean, and off the busy streets. Everything I needed. I was very pleased with everything!

The location of as convenient to all activities associated with the U of M homecoming game. Positive: I did not partake of breakfast. Negative: N/A

I really enjoyed my 4 nights at Jefferson Cottage! Clean and pleasant ambiance with eveything i needed. This was my 4th stay at this location and its been consistently good.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, the bed was very comfortable, very quiet neighbourhood easy walk to food outlet. No problem recommending to friends.🤓

The start of my stay was rough. I had got in late while it was raining and had troubles locating my unit and getting inside. The unit was not as pictured which flustered me. Mind you the transmission went out in my van 30 minutes outside of the city so I was already worked up. After that I had issues with the a/c not working but they were able to get someone on it right away. The location really is great. The gated housing with cameras and plenty of light help you feel safe inside a city that doesn’t always feel that way. If you’re not familiar with the Memphis area at all this is a great place to be.
