The house was way bigger than I had expected. The beds were comfortable. It was a nice location. I hope to stay here again!

Love the charm of #1 Positive: This old property is lovely. With that comes a few things that could be made BETTER, mainly the taps in the half bath. An easy fix and not too costly. The floors squeak but that gives it character. However if you would put felt pads on your chairs it would help the wear and tear on your floors and also keep down the noise. There isn't anything you can do about the narrow driveway to the generous parking area behind but it would be helpful if people would park so others have room to park also. The first day we had a problem with the half bath toilet not flushing very well. It cleared up over night but a plunger kept in the laundry room or in each unit would be nice to have available. We love the living room and the entire unit is nicely decorated and comfortable.! It was close to downtown and lots of restaurants in the area. We would stay here again if it is available Negative: longer chains on the fans would make it easier; we would have used less AC if the fans were more accessible And the north bedroom door to the dining room wouldn't close

Perfect location, charming apartment, clean and safe. Positive: The property had great character. Very cozy and homey feeling. Quick response from host. Negative: Not much; there was noise from the upper unit sometimes it was very loud almost like the people upstairs were doing races up and down the hall. However that would not be a reason to not stay at property again. Also the house has noise machine in the bedrooms which help and bring headphones if you must.
