Spacious and well situated
Positive: It was much nicer than expected. It was very cute, spacious and the location was perfect for driving into town for Beale St and Sun Studios as well as to Graceland.
Negative: Getting to the back free parking area is scary in a larger vehicle as the driveway is long and narrow but the backyard parking area is very spacious and covered with tree shade to keep vehicles cool in this heat wave.

The driveway to the back is very tiny, but parking in the back was great. The apartment was very clean and had a lot of charm.

Positive: Well appointed & quaint apartment with a full size refrigerator & stove & dishwasher. The beds were quite comfortable. The ear plugs were a thoughtful touch for sensitive sleepers.
Negative: The narrow driveway was a bit tricky.
