Elegant Colonial with Lovely Details & Character!

Close to my daughter's apartment and 15 mins from just about everything. Positive: If you are a person who requires that everything is new and fresh, you probably should stay elsewhere. If you are someone who loves old buildings with character and charm, you will be very happy here. So absolutely cute and comfortable. I took my coffee out on the front porch every morning and watched the neighborhood wake up. The four of us sat in the nicely decorated living room to chat. Love the many windows and the general feel of the place. Know that this is a large old home converted into apartments, so if there are noisy people in unit #2, you're going to need the provided white noise machine and earplugs, but that's not something the host can control. We really enjoyed our stay. Negative: The fact that the cold water tap in the half bath didn't work. In fact, that whole sink needs to be replaced.

Comfortable, trendy. I felt safe with my children there. Positive: There were a couple of places we could walk to for dinner. It is a renovated older home, which we love. There were bird nests above the front door, which tells me a lot of good things about the owner. Negative: The only thing I can think of is that the alleyway to get to the parking area is very narrow, but I have a van that fit.

Must stay. Great place, loved it!! Positive: Location, size, amenities, parking. It was great! Everything is just a few minutes away. Grocery stores, restaurants, museums. Farthest I drove to a museum was 13 minutes. The property is spacious. We were snowed in for 24 hrs due to a winter storm & had the best time seeing the snow fall while watching tv and making food in the kitchen. Beats staying at a hotel 1000%. Negative: Nothing management has control over - but good to know - It’s an older property so walls are thin. You can hear everything going on next door & upstairs. If you’re a light sleeper, just beware. Property management did provide ear plugs. So that was very thoughtful of them. Thank you!! 😊
