Uncomfortable Positive: Location Negative: Air never got below 78, agents said it was normal and air could not cool house but we were not informed until we complained after arrival It was hot No fan in livingroom never offered to bring a fan but did say we could buy one Box ran in house mad loud noise and moved across floor so could not be used and we borrowed a fan from the church in Germantown House was not clean and happy to send picture we sent agent Baseboards in bedroom covered in dust and hair, two guest ended up at CVS on allergy pills No washcloths and agent never brought any we bought some Leaves, blooms and debri all over steps, front entrance and front porch, I slipped and fell on steps and request boldly that areas be blown now, steps not touched only swept in front of door Drainage from air, and leaves in drebra at ramp landing to back door so we could not use back entrance, informed but no one cared Shocked at paint on floors Freezer smelled like fish Back door scratched all up, deep scratch’s And they informed me my two pound sick puppy had to be crated and could not be left alone but agreement said otherwise, due to my 14 year old puppy being ill at at vet three times I choose to let my puppy stay with my son in a cool house When we arrived the door had to be reprogrammed for entry at least four times and did not work when we returned from lunch They offered no compensation It had not been credited, and we still do not have security deposit or dog fee I admit I was angry and said I was posting pictures and would never use booking.com again Then they offered twenty percent off and said they would not answer my emails any longer as I harassed and threaten them. I have a vacation rental service in North Ga so I really struggled with attitude. No one would be calm with all the issues and no help offered Basically being told this is how it is Sad as we will be coming to Memphis two or three times this year and house is perfect location Which made me feel better but yet to received

I would stay here again, and I recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay here. Positive: The property was very clean and tidy, it the beds were a bit firm but I loved that they were sturdy and not broken. Also the kitchen was amazing and accessing the property was easy and the neighborhood was also quiet...I will be booking this property again in the future. Negative: There was nothing that I could say that I didn't like about the property, other than the bathroom sink was clogged a bit but outside of that minor piece, nothing really was wrong with the property at all.

The host were amazing. They were quick with messaging. I didn’t wait longer than 2-3 minutes for response back. Positive: I loved this house. Not too far from Beale street. Nice friendly neighborhood. The host were awesome. I’d definitely stay here again Negative: I love everything about it

Was a good stay but we had no control of ac and at times was really hot.

Listing is accurate. Close to everywhere we were visiting. Easy to get around.
