Communication was terrible. First I was threatend they will cancel my stay although I was already on my way. Then they did not give me the codes to enter the rental. I had to make phone calls and waited for an hour to get in.
Walking distance to midtown - well that would be a fitness program during the day. At night - there are no street lights for the first mile. Okay there are two dim lights to be accurate.

Positive: Very easy to get in touch with the host. We appreciated the coffee for in the morning. Everything was very clean. The location we felt very safe in the area as well as that it was in a gated community. It was very very close to everything in Overton Square. Very pleased and will use them again if we go back to Memphis.
