Cute duplex; Nice and clean; Felt safe in the gated area. Night shifter here so I sleep during the day and it got a little warm. The smell from the cleaning supplies was a little strong on the first day, but it was clean! The bed was comfy! A sound machine and portable fan where in the bedroom, which was an awesome touch.

Great location for exploring Midtown and downtown Memphis
A nice little unit with all the necessary basic supplies. Very safe because of the security gates. A real bonus to have a washer and dryer right in the apartmen. A good value overall!

All communications with the management were wonderful. Pricing was very fair and property was just as described. The complex is very quiet and secure.
