Excellent location, great apartment, and amazing value! Positive: Loved the location, the secured parking, the ease of entry, and the cleanliness. Negative: The mattress was firmer than I’m used to.

Excellent stay for the price. Positive: Location was convenient, it was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with tools. Negative: Walls were thin so you could hear next door tenets.

Great place to base yourself for Hracceland Positive: We spent two nights at the Jolly Jefferson in September 2026, using it as a base to visit Graceland, and overall it was a great choice for our stay in Memphis. The only real issue was finding the property. The address shown on Booking.com isn’t quite accurate, and we didn’t realise we needed to use the provided link for directions. This caused some confusion on both arrival and when returning from Graceland. It would be helpful if this was made clearer in the listing. The approach to the property also doesn’t initially look like typical Midtown, but once inside the gated community it is quiet, pleasant and has plenty of parking. The property itself was cosy and well equipped. There was a comfortable sitting room, TV, large kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a coffee maker, toaster and everything needed for cooking. The bathroom was excellent, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bedroom was spacious, with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, plenty of hangers, iron and ironing board. A thoughtful touch was the provision of earplugs and sleep masks. The property is on a flight path, but this didn’t bother us. The location was ideal — around 10 minutes from Graceland and an easy drive to Beale Street. We would happily recommend the Jolly Jefferson. Negative: The iron needs replacing as it sprays rusty water out of the plate. The electric socket next to the back door doesn’t work
