Studio with character
Positive: Nice character studio room, with a comfortable bed. Full laundry, coffee maker and kitchen basics. Nice quiet street with quality homes and a good coffee house across the road.
Negative: Very noisy air-conditioner mounted right above the bed really spoiled the experience . Too hot to do without.

A great value and place to stay!
Positive: The location was perfect for me. It has a very good Asian restaurant across the street. It is a short drive to downtown Memphis or to other parts of Memphis. The hosts were very responsive and were always available which is very nice.
Negative: For the most part, everything was copacetic. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work but that is a very minor issue.

Excellent time in midtown
I was visiting Memphis after a long time away, and wanted to try a new neighborhood, while also not being in a hotel. This was the perfect place to be!
