We were in Sacramento to attend a conference and the location was walkable to grocery stores
Positive: Having a full functional kitchen was perfect for us.

Clean and cozy. Great location. Quiet and no problems. Picture of property with the windows and lights is not the actual property. Much older building. Would absolutely stay there again.

Positive: This place was fantastic! I loved the location. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Sacramento. The place is very large for a 1 bedroom and very comfortable. The bed was very comfy with soft linens. It was clean and well-equipped. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay there next time I'm in Sacramento.

Loved the location and residence—we will return!
Positive: The location in Midtown is excellent! We had a vehicle and so loved the private parking, but everything was so close we ended up walking everywhere—including down to the Capitol Park! Regarding the private parking, I loved having a rear, private access from the room so we could quickly and easily unload/load our baggage!
We also loved the room with comfortable bed and quiet ceiling fan. I appreciated the clean and well adorned bathroom, and we found the fully stocked kitchen great—including ground coffee!
Negative: We stayed Monday and Tuesday night. Tuesday morning comes early if you’re up late picking up folks from the airport because that is trash day. The trash and recycling containers sit immediately outside the bedroom window so you’re not likely to be able to sleep through that!

Property was clean, kitchen was missing some basics. Entry way is very tight. Parking space is so tight you cannot actually get out of your car when pulled fully in. Back door access was great for loading but being unable to lock it from the outside was annoying. This unit was selected as the unit with good accessibility- it was not. Steps to both entrances & very cramped parking meant it wouldn’t be able to accommodate a mobility aid. Once inside the unit was moderately accessible except for a tiny bathroom & a very tall bed. My wife was supposed to travel with me & at 5 feet tall with a mobility aid, they wouldn’t have been able to easily use the bathroom & probably couldn’t have gotten up onto the bed. The neighborhood is technically in midtown but isn’t that close to very many walkable restaurants or cafes. The alley access appears to be a usual hangout for some neighborhood people- maybe homeless, maybe just under employed. The host badgered me two days before my stay in the late evening for copies of my ID and photo, long after regular working hours to the point where I was concerned that they had been hacked. A call at 8:30 pm pacific time from a Tennessee phone number is not comforting to say the least. Since they could have waited until morning & still gotten me before my trip, it was unnecessary & annoying as well as causing me to think maybe it was fraudulent. Probably won’t stay in a property owned by this host in future.
