Good stay, comfy bed.
Positive: Great location! Loved the easy access to everything and the awesome neighborhood vibe.
Negative: The only real issue I had with anything was the host telling us we will be charged $50 bucks for “late check out”. We left at 11:15 - which, sure is 15 minutes past. But it’s pretty gauche to not have even that small of a grace period. It really changed my opinion on an otherwise great experience at the place.

Easy check in, clean space, walking distance to many places…just what I needed. I will definitely get this place again on my next business trip to Sac.

Highly Recommend - Great Price
Perfect short- term stay for anyone working from home , traveling in. The location was around everything you needed and overall matched everything as described on the listing. Plenty of parking available behind the building and along the street.
