Midtown Charm • 5 min to Cafés, Downtown & Capitol

I enjoyed my time in Midtown. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home or a better area Positive: The location was great with many restaurants to walk to. I appreciated having a place to park my car too!

Excellent communication!!The bed was extremely comfortable. Great location close to everything in midtown.

Location was in close proximity to everything, and it was easy to get around. People were nice too. If you had any questions, the host replied right away, which was much appreciated.

Great stay for the money and very responsive host! Positive: I received the code before check in, which felt safe since it seems like the code changes with each stay. It made me feel safer as a solo female traveler. Tim was such a responsive host and addressed my questions in a timely manner! The parking on the property was a great perk because street parking could be tougher sometimes in this area though depending on the time of the day, you could find it. The other tenants/neighbors adhered to the quiet hours other than some minor walking up the stairs noise. Negative: Having more kitchen towels and a water filter would have been awesome. But honestly for one night's stay it was not really super needed. And I'm probably nitpicking. :)

We were in Sacramento to attend a conference and the location was walkable to grocery stores Positive: Having a full functional kitchen was perfect for us.
