It was perfectly located in walking distance for all the local spots we were hoping to visit in Midtown.

Place was a perfect location and such a nice place to stay for the price! We were staying in a tiny hotel room the nights before for what it cost to essentially have a whole house to yourself. Only downside was having to move car every two hours between 10 AM and 10 PM. But it gave us a break from work!

Nice Place
I stayed here for two days while in town for a conference. It's a nice one-bedroom apartment in a nice residential area. Hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again.
