Splendid Colonial in Midtown w Parking

Positive: 1) the owner is excellent, very kind, very helpful, always prompt to help, to inform, to keep me happy. 2) the location is good 3) the balcony is nice but belongs to all apartments in the house Negative: 1) the mattress and the bed was old, the sleep was uncomfortable 2) the apartment did not have any windows (!) to open, ventilation was possible only with air conditioning unit which was old and noisy. 3) the gun at ceil was old and noisy

Positive: The location was good the privacy was excellent the shower and hot water was nice the room was organized nicely Negative: The room was not clean it hadn't been sweep or moped trash in the drawers dirty dishes put away and there was mold and old coffee left in the coffee pot

Beautifully maintained colonial apartment in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located. Easy check in and out. Excellent communication by the property manager added ease of planning the stay in town

Our place was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the nearby neighborhoods, Overton Park and other midtown neighborhoods. Easy drive to downtown entertainment district.

Me and my mom stayed here for 5 nights while visiting my niece at St. Jude Hospital. We had everything needed to cook small meals which helped us save money on our overall trip. Very cute and comfortable we will be back for our next trip.😊
