Urban Zen w/ Great Central Location

It was a cute and cozy getaway in Midtown. The building/house feels like it could have been an old boarding house of some type. My apartment was in the very back of the building. Each apartment has their own entrance with an electronic lock. It also can with a door block for extra security (the thing that goes under the knob to the floor) It is a one-bedroom apartment, with a living room and small kitchen and bathroom. There's a smart tv in the living room that you can sign in to your streaming services. Because it does not have central air, it can get a little hot in the summer (I came during a heatwave!) but the window AC and fans in the living room and bedroom help to cool it off. The owner even provided a floor fan as well. It was very clean and I enjoyed my stay! It was a nice location, walking distance to some good restaurants and coffee! I would definitely stay again if I were ever back as well as recommend to anyone.

Overall, a great stay in a great location in a lovely, friendly city! Positive: Location was wonderful, very comfortable little apartment!

I think hunting for something other than the regular old Hotel room was the ABSOLUTE BEST thing I did in planning my tri Positive: Having lived in Memphis over 20 years ago and being familiar with the area of this AMAZING little apartment, I love the location! The “Midtown Memphis” Charm is Highly Present in this unit. It felt like I was 22 once again, living near a couple of Cool Music venues and restaurants!!! Negative: The ONLY thing I would change about 94 N Belvedere would be the Heat Option(but it was abnormally COLD during my visit to Memphis). It is equipped with a Window A/C and Heater Unit. I was looking forward to the floor furnace to work.
