Urban Zen w/ Great Central Location

Pleasant stay in a great location. Perfect for single or couples. Lots to do in the area Positive: Great location to Rhodes college and plenty to do around there Negative: Didn’t get clear instructions on unit until after check in

Confortable, mais l’entrée dans le logement a été laborieux. Positive: Le logement était très agréable, parking privé a l’arrière du bâtiment. L’appartement est tout équipée et confortable. Le lit était très confortable. Negative: L’accueil a été difficile. Nous devions faire notre check in nous même via internet, pour notre cela n’a pas bien fonctionné pour le payement de la caution, qu'il a fallut réglé via téléphone à l'arrivée. De plus, le logement était difficile à trouver au sein du bâtiment, car mal indiquée. Nous avons 1 heure a rentrer dans le logement.

It was a cute and cozy getaway in Midtown. The building/house feels like it could have been an old boarding house of some type. My apartment was in the very back of the building. Each apartment has their own entrance with an electronic lock. It also can with a door block for extra security (the thing that goes under the knob to the floor) It is a one-bedroom apartment, with a living room and small kitchen and bathroom. There's a smart tv in the living room that you can sign in to your streaming services. Because it does not have central air, it can get a little hot in the summer (I came during a heatwave!) but the window AC and fans in the living room and bedroom help to cool it off. The owner even provided a floor fan as well. It was very clean and I enjoyed my stay! It was a nice location, walking distance to some good restaurants and coffee! I would definitely stay again if I were ever back as well as recommend to anyone.

Great location with access to the Midtown and downtown as locations.
