Easy, clean, great location and great host. Would definitely stay here again!

Staying in this historic apartment was wonderful. The place is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and very clean. All instructions were complete and clear. There was even a guidebook with tips for the area. The neighborhood is charming and close to the Capital and Old Town. My friend and I walked less than a mile to really good restaurants. The owner was very responsive and almost immediately answered all questions as we were booking and throughout our stay. It seemed like Tim really cared that we had a good stay. We were sad to check out, but even that process was seamless. For us it was a perfect place that I would go to again without a moment of hesitation. I happen to love Sacramento - lots of older neighborhoods with Victorian houses and the Capital of the 4th largest economy in the world. Proud of it! Keep in mind that there is a flight of stairs to the apartment.

Visited Sacramento for the first time from Los Angeles area. I didn't know anything about the neighborhoods of Sacramento or how to navigate but I was very lucky to find this apartment walking distance to the cute mid-town restaurants. It's a 10 minute walk to most and a 20 minute drive to parking areas of the Capitol Mall and Old Town Sacramento. The apartment was clean and beds are comfortable. Property Management communicates quickly. Thank you!(if I had to say anything negative, it would be that the parking in the back is tight and we ended up parking on the street every day - not a deal breaker at all, as there is plenty of street parking)

We enjoyed the stay in the unit. A couple of small issues but the owner was very responsive. The unit was clean and wellAppointed.
