Had a wonderful time, quiet and safe neighborhood Positive: The property felt very safe, the property manager communicated throughout our stay and we had no issues! I was worried initially due to a review that it would be loud and there were also complimentary ear plugs on the nightstands but the area was super quiet and everyone was respectful! Negative: There was only a singular tiny con, the bed sheets were obviously clean so this wasn’t a huge deal but somewhere along the way it seems as though they were stained. We didn’t notice until after the first night otherwise we may have requested new ones just in case!

The setup was ideal for us, Tim was always just a text away and really proactive in response to questions and providing insightful info. The only thing was it wasnt quite close enough to walk to things but maybe our stay was too brief to be sure. Everything was just a short Uber away so all in all a wonderful stay!

The property was great! Quiet, not far from some restaurants. Would stay here again!

I stayed at variety of there properties for nearly 3 months. Each one clean and quiet as the other. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We’re able to accommodate me if I needed an extension. I wouldn’t choose anybody else next time I’m in Memphis.

We had a great stay. The location is great, close to downtown and near many restaurants and things to do. Area was safe and property is secure with fence around it. Place was as described and had everything we needed during our stay.
