Floor sticky, mildew/stale smell, primary code to door did not work, bathroom baseboards-repair not done well at all, little dusty in areas, A/C vent extremely dirty.

The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was in easy driving distance of Overton aquare (walking distance), Cooper-Young Area, and downtown. We felt secure.

Quiet, clean, cute little place. Perfect for my husband and myself. Close to theatre district, restaurants and activities. Will definitely stay again.
