Gated Community | 10 Min to Downtown & Nightlife

This is a lovely location near ballet Memphis, which was my destination and I was able to do the walk easily and safely. The home is simple and well decorated and kept clean. It is well equipped the towels and bed. Linens are nice and the shower is outstanding. I was quite comfortable and found everything in the kitchen I needed. I had a little bit of difficulty with the charging structure, but it was remedied quickly when I pointed out the problems. I will come back again.

Love it Positive: Great communication, quick response to any questions we had. easy access, great location, in walking distance of many things to do. Quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable. Everything we need was supplied. Shower pressure was great.

Got to the condo and it was very musty inside. I knew it would bother my allergies. The carpet in the living room was dirty. There was a cobweb on one of the dining chairs. The old grate for the air flow had an air filter but it was not placed correctly, and it was dirty. I replied to the email from the host about the issues but didn't hear back. I didn't realize that it was from a no reply email address. Then I later contacted the host through VRBO. He was not willing to give us any type of refund. We ended up going to a downtown hotel.

The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. the property was centrally located for the festivities we were attending. The apartment was clean however there was a musty odor.
