Cute Midtown Cottage | Steps to Overton & Zoo

Loved the place. It is a little hard unloading the car. No real place to park near entrance to unload easily. You do get your exercise in. Nice relaxing experience. Neighborhood quiet and with 20 minutes to most of the places we visited.

Property was located in a quiet area with a gate, and was secure and clean. Very easy to get around. Spacious for our needs. Excellent communication with host.

It was clean and practical. The only bad part was power was turned off for tree trimming pretty much a whole morning. Lol No lights in the bathroom. I totally get why and there is really no other way to safely do the job in a bucket truck with cutting tools around the power lines. Just a little heads up would have been nice. But the owner management were awesome and available for any of my questions. It’s the first time I’ve done this verses staying at hotels for business for 35 years but, I see there are checkout rules now and I hope I did pretty good(?). I know I didn’t take out the garbage. Again, I’m used to hotel services. I’ll have to do better on the next rental. Thank you for a great place to work from. Felt very safe.
