Cute Midtown Cottage | Steps to Overton & Zoo

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything, including ground coffee for the coffee maker. Being able to regulate the temperature was great because it got pretty cold the second night. It is close to so many restaurants, many also have live music. Parking was included and we greatly appreciated the safety of having this property be gated. My husband and I would definitely stay here again if or when we come to Memphis. Our host was extremely responsive and answered any and all of my questions within a few minutes.

Positive: Great location, peaceful area and the bed was very comfortable. Management was very good at responding to my questions and concerns. Was very happy with communication. Negative: The air handler never stopped running. The air temperature in the bedroom was hot and the living room was cold. Kitchen cabinet was coming off the wall. Overall the unit is in good shape but is showing wear and tear. Door hinge in bedroom is coming off, bathroom paint job is pretty bad. There are other small things that need attention but overall my stay was good.

Great location and safe, secure neighborhood. Perfect place for a single or couple.

Loved the place. It is a little hard unloading the car. No real place to park near entrance to unload easily. You do get your exercise in. Nice relaxing experience. Neighborhood quiet and with 20 minutes to most of the places we visited.

Property was located in a quiet area with a gate, and was secure and clean. Very easy to get around. Spacious for our needs. Excellent communication with host.
