Prime Location - Modern Loft Right on S. Main St!

We had a wonderful stay in Memphis and enjoyed our time in this property which was very well located. Positive: The property was a great size for the both of us, it was clean and well kept. A car space provided which was ideal as we had a rental car. The host was very prompt at answering any questions and a wonderful communicator. Negative: It was on Main Street so a little bit noisy on the weekend but the host provided earplugs which was great.

Great stay, def would recommend Positive: Everything Negative: Nothing

The unit was wonderful, everything we had hoped for and needed for the week was there. The only thing we missed having in our unit was a dresser. I dont like living out of a suitcase so it would have been nice to tuck everything away but we made do with the closet and used the little desk to put clothes on. The building and parking lot felt very safe and easy to find. The restaurant downstairs was great and we were close to museums, restaurants and Beale St. It snowed while we were there, it was a bummer but what made it rough was that there was no maintenance onsite so the snow was not removed from the back stairs. The day after the snow came, it melted and then froze again over night. When we went to leave, 2 days after the snow, the steps were pure ice. I took a step down and slipped, luckily catching myself and only falling down a couple steps. I know this isnt usual weather for this area but when it comes it needs to salted/sanded/shoveled. This could have been much worse for me, luckily I only ended up with a bruise. It doesn't stop me from givong a 5 star rating but I'm hoping its something you learn from before someone gets really hurt.

We had a blast in Memphis & it was largely due to our fun stay here. Positive: Location convenient to walk most places; well equipped; clean; fun; access to Netflix & YouTube TV & staff always answered ?'s quickly. Negative: Really nothing; but climbing 44 steps with heavy luggage was not easy. Needed a bathroom rug & nonslip mat for inside tub-these are minor😄
