Clean, comfortable and value for money Positive: Both the restaurant and the accommodation were first class. I had my first palatable cup of coffee in America at this restaurant. Negative: That my request for early book-in was ignored. I would have appreciated an email saying "Sorry but it is impossible" and I would have made other arrangements. I had to drag my luggage with me all day until I could book in at 3pm

A spacious and very well kept apartment with parking, in a perfect location. Positive: Location was perfect, walkable to Beale Street, Civil Rights museum, Riverside Park, and more. On site parking easy to use. Bed was very comfy and the whole place was super clean. Excellent communication from the hosts prior to/during our stay. The list of recommended places to eat and pick up essentials was helpful. We may have been there at a quieter time - hosts provide ear plugs and sleep mask, but we didn't need to use them. Negative: The TV remote control was a bit frustrating in terms of the volume control on the side - not as intuitive to use as one might think. Running AC was a bit noisy, though mostly in the bathroom.
