This was the 3rd time staying at this property. Twice within the last week and one time last year. I've stayed in 2 of the different apartments. I have enjoyed my stays in both apartments and will more than likely stay again when I am in the area. The apartment is cute and clean. I appreciate having my own washer and dryer. Having a designated parking space is great so you don't have to worry about finding parking on the street. As a solo traveler I felt the area was safe. It was very close to Beale Street which was a plus for my plans. The apartments are above a restaurant which is a nice convenience. I had no issues with any noise. Booking was easy and communication with the host was easy. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or issues. I definitely recommend this location if you need a place to stay.

Very cool place. Perfect parking situation. The host is very easy to chat with and responds quickly. Great, safe, location and lots of community activity. Will definitely stay there again if I can.

A fantastic stay-great location, clean, comfortable, easy parking, and solid value for cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or recommend to friends. Two reasons for a 4* rating, versus 5. First, the front main door of the building was often left ajar/needed to be pulled hard to fully close and lock. We found the area safe and comfortable, and for some that could be uncomfortable. Second reason is that all initial communication is w an AI bot-a sign of the times but when you don’t know that up front it can be unnerving.

The property is very clean. The perfect size for a couple's getaway. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great trip.
