What could have been a nice property needs a LOT of better choices by owner!!!! Positive: Property was clean and modern. Location was fine for accessing downtown. Having a dedicated parking space was good. Negative: OMG, what a list! NOISY: We had loud music every night from the place across the street...until 2am! The central A/C unit sounded like a jet on take-off. And the A/C thermostat went into "program mode" and is programmed to freeze you out! (yes, figured out that one). The windows had drapes that didn't fully cover them...and a street light right outside the window!! There are NO dressers or any other drawers at all, or even any shelves! So you cannot unpack, The kitchen was "OK", but the freezer is NOT frost free and was all frozen up! There was bad lighting. And the coffee maker was TINY. The beds were HARD.

Positive: Great location, easy to access, good facilities

Negative: In one of the bedrooms the remote for the ceiling fan and light was missing so I was not able to use the fan or light in that room.

Positive: We loved it! Negative: Nothing
