Downtown Gem | Near Beale, Bars n Blues

Apartment was very nice and clean; had everything we needed for a five night stay. Host was very prompt with communication and we would stay again. Two to three blocks from many attractions. Worked great for a spring break getaway for my wife and I.

This was a perfect staycation. It was very nice and clean. We had no trouble finding it nor checking in. Everything went as smoothly as it could. It was also very close to EVERYTHING in downtown Memphis. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommended and stay again.

Positive: Communication, price, value for money, location, efficient problem resolution, size and facilities in the unit. Negative: Bed and pillows were very hard but in saying that I did sleep really well. The bed is high off the ground too, whilst not a problem for me I'd imagine if an older couple were to stay they would struggle with the height of the bed. The only thing I would add is a Vacuum cleaner as I could only find a broom and dustpan and I'd probably swap out the coffee machine for a pod machine or automatic jug. I never used the coffee machine for this reason and used the kettle on the stove but that took around 25 minutes to boil.

We had a wonderful stay the room was very roomy with everything we needed, the location was great and the reserved parking was great, we would recommend this place to anyone that we know that is looking for a place in this area.

We saw a huge cockroach crawling across the floor in the living room. We immediately let the host know that same night. We indicated to him that we did not feel comfortable staying there with a roach. He did not come to remove the cockroach until the following day. We asked for a refund for the first night stay and he refused.
