Positive: Ligger godt og i gåafstand til byen. Negative: Der er meget larm fra restauranten nedenunder, men efter kl.22:30 så er der ro derfra.

Good location.well equipped. Should be better maintained Positive: Well equipped modern Negative: Dust lot of dust on the floor. The stairs should be cleaned Ironing board was missing. Noise via the aircon system piping from other apartments.

Great location and spacious apartment :) Positive: Great location- we stayed here and another property in the north of the city and this was by far the better location. Lots of great food options close by. Loved the happy hour deals at the restaurant downstairs. Host was very responsive and helpful, would recommend :) Negative: Walls are very thin so you can hear absolutely everything. Host does provide eye mask and ear plugs but probably not ideal for a very light sleeper

Excellent host and property in every way apart from noise from upstairs walking about Positive: Great host, loved the decor and facilities, perfect location and lots of useful hints and tips information provided. Host was very prompt to reply when needed and very helpful. We had a great stay for great value. Negative: The noise from the neighbour upstairs was loud through the ceiling, just walking about.

Beautiful apartments, poor communication with hosts, noisy neighborhood. Positive: The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. It was really nice to find a two bedroom unit, with two real beds, not pull out couch or futon, etc. They left us coffee which was very nice. Plenty of towels. We didn't need them but it had a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. We were less than half a mile from Beale Street, which was very easy walking. Negative: Let me preface by saying I don't usually write bad reviews and try to be very tolerant when things don't work out smoothly. In this situation we had a series of unnecesary frustrations and feel it's a public service. Other visitors should know there's a bar next door that closes at 9 or 10 pm depending on the day. Music was very loud but stopped half an hour after close time. We didn't mind but I can imagine some patrons who might. Saturday night on the street was ongoing overnight party time, with music, racing and reving cars, loud people enjoying the evening. Again, this isn't the fault of the apartment but visitors may want to know. We paid $40 for early arrival but it took us an hour to access the street door. I called 4-5 times and was told to look at Booking.com for the door code. If I have a B.com password I didn't have it with me. What I was given was the code for the inside apartment door believing it was to access the building and left wondering why it didn't work. I never found the street door code in my earlier emails. A woman from a neigboring business said it happened all the time especially for people who tried to check in before 3. Very frustrating. After numerous calls and checking online, many attempts to punch in the wrong code, I asked if they would please just send it to my email address. Finally, success. As I said, after paying $40 for early check in, it took us an hour to get inside. Additionally, I also felt earlier communication was also very unclear. By email they asked me to fill in paperwork stating who was coming, with picture ID, which I sent. Then they asked for payment but it wasn't stated where to send it. Finally I got an email from Booking. with info on where to send payment. Weeks later the host re-sent the info/ ID form by email along with another bill. I returned their earlier email stating that everything was complete.
