So close to Coffee Shops!
+ The location, space and amenities, and kitchen are the reasons I chose this. It's so nice to walk to Vice & Virtue or take the trolley downtown.
- Lighting in kitchen could be improved. While standing at counters, the lights above table are blocked by my shadow.

The bathroom is really roomy, the kitchen is very clean, the table and chair for an office is nice.

Amenities
Good location. Could have more amenities like coffee ans tea supplies sugar etc. More hangers in the closet, maybe a chest of drawers.

Great Location
We were in town for a wedding and were looking for a convenient alternative to a hotel. This spot totally fit the bill. The property was clean; the south main neighborhood was super cute and the hosts could not have been more helpful/responsive. As other reviews have noted, it is a bit noisy due to the restaurant downstairs, but it quieted down by 10:30.
All in all, a good downtown Memphis option to staying in a hotel
