Super Central Location! Historic but Modern!

Positive: Great flat, just minutes away from what downtown Memphis has to offer. Good off street parking, very secure premises. No complaints except... Negative: ...as others have said before: It's noisy. There's a restaurant downstairs that gets rowdy and if someone is staying above, you can hear them walking about. They do supply ear plug:⁠-⁠)

+ The location, space and amenities, and kitchen are the reasons I chose this. It's so nice to walk to Vice & Virtue or take the trolley downtown. - Lighting in kitchen could be improved. While standing at counters, the lights above table are blocked by my shadow.

The bathroom is really roomy, the kitchen is very clean, the table and chair for an office is nice.

Good location. Could have more amenities like coffee ans tea supplies sugar etc. More hangers in the closet, maybe a chest of drawers.

We were in town for a wedding and were looking for a convenient alternative to a hotel. This spot totally fit the bill. The property was clean; the south main neighborhood was super cute and the hosts could not have been more helpful/responsive. As other reviews have noted, it is a bit noisy due to the restaurant downstairs, but it quieted down by 10:30. All in all, a good downtown Memphis option to staying in a hotel
