We didn't realize how centrally located we were to some famous spots in Memphis. Sometimes the walk times aren't accurate -- NOT at 345 S. Main -- it was spot on! Plus we enjoyed having a designated parking spot. We walked to Beale Street, to Max's SportsBar, to Arcade Restaurant and felt safe day and night! Just a tad sweaty as we visited during the heat wave, but the a/c and ceiling fan kept our room VERY comfortable. Thanks for a great 1st trip to Memphis!! We are already recommending this location to our friemds!!

I would make 3 suggestions:Paper towels &/or kitchen towels for clean up,non-slip strips on the tub floor and,a small dresser/chest of drawers for clothing storage.Otherwise, everything was as pictured and described. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to within minutes!
