Smoky Mtn Retreat & Hot Tub – 15 Min to Gatlinburg

Beautiful place Positive: We loved the pool table, arcade table and the overall size of the cabin, very spacious Negative: No hand soap in the bathrooms, definitely make sure to bring extra toiletries, soaps and things

Positive: Great place to get away and relax. Great amenities. Even got to see turkeys and a black bear! The owner was very responsive and helpful. Negative: Floors needed a good cleaning and there was a wet mildewed bath mat left under the bath room sink.

Negative: I had family in a cabin nearby and we all wanted to do game night eat together and they said we was not allowed to very odd. But it was a nice cabin overall

It was a beautiful cabin and we had a good stay but we wish it was better equipped and cleaner. Positive: It is a beautiful cabin and we loved the hot tub, game area, porch swing, three decks and the setup overall of the cabin. It was perfect especially with the bunk bed room for our family. We also loved that each floor had a bathroom and there was a full functioning kitchen. Negative: The location is beautiful and has a beautiful view but it is very far away from anything at all at least 25 minutes and the road to get there is one lane and straight up for a good portion of that. We wish it would have been closer to things but I understand also that to have a beautiful view you have to live far out. We also did not like that there was not enough towels and wash rags for my family. There wasn’t enough for even one use of a shower for us all. The towels that were there smelled bad and had to be washed and dried before being used. The throw blankets in the cabin were all dirty. The shower upstairs had hair left in it and would not drain. There was no bath mat for the downstairs shower. The floors were not very clean. There was not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms we had to buy more and we also had to buy paper towels because there was only half a roll left. The downstairs tv also did not work.

Wonderful time with quick, friendly responses to all questions we had. Positive: It was spacious and clean with a great view off the balconies.
