Smoky Mtn Retreat & Hot Tub – 15 Min to Gatlinburg

Great get away, nice and quiet spot. Positive: Home was very clean and roomy. Negative: Everything was perfect.

Relaxing. Beautiful. Fun. Positive: The location was really nice, few neighbors and close-ish to town. The owners were also super easy to get in touch with and replied quickly to any questions. They were very kind and helpful and even provided their favorite eats around town! Negative: The stairs were super, super icy, which is completely out of their control because we just had a big snowfall, but it was really difficult to get in and out of the cabin.

6 adults and 2 kids (ages 11,13) on a spring break vacation. The property is conveniently located close to Gatlinburg (10-15 min) and Pigeon Forge (about 20-25 min with traffic). Not hard to find, but it’s up a hill. Cute/unique shops located within a short driving distance. Lots of restaurants to pick from less than 20 minutes away. Things we enjoyed the most- walking around Gatlinburg (downtown area, lots to see and do there), unique shops including a super cute coffee shop located across the street from the statuary. Pros- The cabin was very spacious, nicely decorated, clean. Had an issue with the hot tub-the property manager was quick to respond and fix the issue. Private location, enough space to spread out, kitchen well stocked, nice pool table, great views from the balconies! Cons-needed more towels with everyone taking showers AND using the hot tub. Would definitely book again!! Thanks Mitch!
