Stylish Urban Escape in a Century-Old Brick Home

The parking was convenient and covered. The neighborhood is Mesta Park/Highland Hills, with beautiful homes and large trees and several restaurants/shops within walking distance. Convenient location to everything. Upper unit developed a water leak which dripped through the ceiling, which was promptly fixed after I reported it. There are free washers and dryers downstairs, although only one washer works, it's still a great deal. The neighbors are super friendly. I would stay here again.

Nice property. We used the washer and dryer downstairs. Place is pretty quiet. Only complaint concerns the bedroom windows. They are very much original and the frames have suffered over the years. You can stick your fingers between the frames and the wind blows in. Would not want to be there during a snow storm!

The bed was great! Ice or just trays to fill would’ve been nice.

Nice neighborhood, clean and cozy!

This apartment is very cute, neat — nicely decorated. We enjoyed our one-night stay there. They have pretty much thought of everything — we lacked nothing. First floor – no shlepping bags up the stairs. Very Very comfortable bed; nice linens, plenty of towels and wash cloths. COFFEE! Yes! Thank goodness (need some PLAIN creamer though — not a hazelnut fan.) Both my husband and I would definitely recommend this place.
