Memphis 1920 Haven: Walk to Overton Park & Square

I would definitely stay at the Walk to Overton again and again! Positive: The home was very comfortable, clean and charming and the decor is lovely. Negative: The upstairs bathroom are small but nice.

Fabulous stay in Memphis. Positive: Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication was excellent. 3 bathrooms! Creaky stairs added to the character😄

Perfect Weekend Spot Positive: This place was perfect. I liked how safe we felt around the property. Friendly neighbors, and quiet atmosphere. This house was close to every kind of eating place you can think of. We enjoyed walking through midtown and it wasn't far from downtown either. There was enough space. It was decorated nicely and made us feel at home away from home. Negative: There is nothing that I didn't like.

I had an amazing stay, and I felt like I was at home. Positive: I slept in the room where the window faced the street, waking up to the view was amazing. My family was able to feel right at home during our stay. Perfect place.

We stayed at this property for Rhodes College graduation. Tim was super responsive throughtout the entire process, and we had no issues at all during our stay. The location was so close to Rhodes College and Overton Square which was a huge reason why we chose this property. It was little loud at night but certainly did not interrrupt our sleep or impact our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped with all supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms that we needed. It was comfortable and so much more fun to all be together than to be in separate hotel rooms. It was an excellent choice for us and I woud suggest this property to other famlies if they are attending any events at Rhodes College.
