Positive: Location was close to my venue location
Negative: The room smell like dogs. Was unable to breathe fresh air. You can tell a pet was there. Everything needs to be changed over to get rid of the dog smell. The place was clean but the smell took away from the cleanliness.

Convenient Location,with Very Responsive Host!
While we enjoyed our stay and the good location of this property, there were some issues that we experienced; however, the host was very responsive and resolved our concerns timely. I would consider staying at this location again as it was convenient to everything we needed to do while in Memphis.

Great location & communication
Timothy was extremely prompt and professional in communication. Check in & out was so easy. Perfect location for all the tourists spots we wanted to check out and near to lots of great food/coffee.
Overall we had a blast and really enjoyed this cute place for a nice getaway.

Amazing place!
This property is just amazing!! It’s close to everything someone visiting Memphis would want to see. The team got back to me very quickly and were very nice!! If I come to Memphis again I will definitely be staying here and I will recommend this place to anyone I know that plans to go to Memphis!

Clean, safe, good location!
Positive: Clean, nice bed, private back patio was nice.
Negative: Lighting, the "fan" light was very bright. Need something a little softer.
