Studio Sweetness with a Patio: Walkable Midtown

The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out.

This was an AMAZING place to stay! Would highly recommend and will reuse when in the area again!! It is within walking distance to so many great locations! I stayed in town for a concert during this trip and was a short walk from the venue which was great! The zoo is also within walking distance if you’re up for a short 20 min walk that is quite pleasant and peaceful. Walk the other way and there are plenty of shops to explore! Host is VERY EXCELLENT and timely with responses to any questions or concerns.

Everything was awesome, down to the parking. Comfy bed!

Positive: Location was close to my venue location Negative: The room smell like dogs. Was unable to breathe fresh air. You can tell a pet was there. Everything needs to be changed over to get rid of the dog smell. The place was clean but the smell took away from the cleanliness.

While we enjoyed our stay and the good location of this property, there were some issues that we experienced; however, the host was very responsive and resolved our concerns timely. I would consider staying at this location again as it was convenient to everything we needed to do while in Memphis.
