Property
This is an old property and had an old, shut up smell. The floors were uneven. The location was questionable.

Just all around great little place!
My daughter and I stayed here over the weekend for an event and the Memphis Sports & Event Center. This duplex was less than 2 miles from the venue. As a bonus, it was less than a mile from Overton Square! Lots of great places to eat or Overton Square! The duplex is cozy and has everything you need. Communication with owner was exceptional!! The thing I liked best about this place is that it is completely gated and you have to have a code to get through the gate! We felt totally safe here!

Safe, Clean and Convenient
I stayed for a couple nights for a work trip. The location is very convenient to the Midtown restaurants and the property is gated and safe. The check in and communication with the owner is flawless. It had all I needed for my stay and the bed was really comfortable. I would stay again at this property. Thanks!
